| Two panoramas of the Seattle site are featured
below. The first was from July 8,1998 part way into the melt season. The second was taken in mid-August, near the peak of the melt
season. The melt ponds have grow both deeper and wider. Many of the ponds
have connected with each other and with the ocean.
