Where do you attend school? If you are
attending a University, what is your major?
I just graduated from Fairview High School
this past May, and I will be attending
Stanford University this fall studying
biomedical engineering, business administration,
and electrical engineering.

Where are you from?
I was born in Xi'an, China, and I moved
to the United States in 1988. I have been
living in Boulder for the past 15 years.

Why did you choose ETL for your summer
internship?
Honestly, because they hired me. =) And
because I love science

What are you working on this summer and
who are you working with?
I am working in the infrasonics department
on tornado detection and prediction. I
work with Dr. Al Bedard.

Anything else you would like to share?
I
love to play tennis, bike, design web
pages, program, and write poetry. My favorite
book is The Hitchhiker's Guide to the
Galaxy by Douglas Adams. This is an awesome
science fiction novel that is totally
crazy, funny, and out of this world. I
live by the sayings, "Love, not Time,
heals all wounds" (-Anon.) and "A
journey of a thousand miles begins with
one step" (-Lao Zi).
