Exhibits are open during the afternoon Poster Sessions on June 6 and 7 at the Stadium Club at Folsom Field located at CU Boulder. Installation is 11 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday June 6. Dismantle is 5 to 6 p.m. on Thursday June 7. Freight services available through Freeman Decorating.
Registration includes:
- 6' skirted table and 2 chairs
- 4' X 8' poster board
- Power outlet if required
- 1 full conference registration (Opening Reception, Tuesday-Thursday lunch, Wednesday and Thursday Poster Sessions, Thursday Banquet Dinner, coffee breaks and conference materials) Beer and wine served at Opening Reception, Poster Sessions, and Thursday Banquet Dinner.

Coffee Break Sponsorship

Coffee breaks (5) will be held daily (Tuesday – Friday morning and Tuesday afternoon).
