Exhibits are open during the afternoon Poster Sessions on June 6 and 7 at the Stadium Club at Folsom Field located at CU Boulder. Installation is 11 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday June 6. Dismantle is 5 to 6 p.m. on Thursday June 7. Freight services available through Freeman Decorating.

Registration includes:

  • 6' skirted table and 2 chairs
  • 4' X 8' poster board
  • Power outlet if required
  • 1 full conference registration (Opening Reception, Tuesday-Thursday lunch, Wednesday and Thursday Poster Sessions, Thursday Banquet Dinner, coffee breaks and conference materials) Beer and wine served at Opening Reception, Poster Sessions, and Thursday Banquet Dinner.
  • Exhibitor logo and description in pocket agenda
  • Exhibitor logo on signage

Coffee Break Sponsorship

Coffee breaks (5) will be held daily (Tuesday – Friday morning and Tuesday afternoon).
