Darren Jackson is a CIRES Senior Associate Scientist working at the NOAA Physical Sciences Laboratory. Darren has research interests in land surface hydrology and air-sea interaction. Recent work includes developing an actual evapotranspiration grid product for the continental U.S., improving seasonal forecasting of Colorado River streamflow, assessing various gridded snow products over the Western U.S., and evaluating turbulent heat fluxes during the 2020 ATOMIC field campaign.
