Kashmir serves as the Physical Sciences Laboratory (PSL) HR Liaison, acting as the primary point of contact between staff and central Human Resources. With four and a half years of HR experience, she assists managers and employees with recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding, leaves of absence, and policy interpretation. Kashmir has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management with a specialization in Organizational Leadership and Change Management. Outside of work, Kashmir enjoys camping, fishing, horseback riding, and spending time with her husband and dogs.
