Tiksi Observatory Acknowledgements
The Tiksi Observatory has been developed through a complex international and interagency partnership effort. An overview of this program can be found in the World Meteorological Organization Bulletin, Volume 62(1) 2013. The contributors include the Russian Federal Services for Hydrometeorological Services, the U.S National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the U.S National Science Foundation, the Finnish Meteorological Institute, and the Sakha Republic.
