Phase II tests how downscaled projections might behave in real-world applications where model bias is significant. One climate model is treated as “Truth” in both the historical and future time periods. The downscaling method being evaluated, “Eval”, is bias-corrected to the model historical truth. The “Eval” projections are then compared to the “future truth”. Note: precipitation data were not available from the KDDM method.
